Welcome to An Occupy Wall Street Media Wiki!

I can still see the great panorama of hate / Being cleansed by our loving hands ~~Todd Rundgren

This project is an outgrowth of the Operation Sons of 1984 project to provide solidarity, hosting and bandwidth for the demonstrators and the organizations working every day in Liberty Square for justice & peace for each and every one of us in America.

Other groups with a similar paradigm are welcome, too. If fact any body who believes in a functional democratic representational republic is welcome if they also believe in dealing openly, honestly and in good faith with one another and with the world at large.

Why this is here This wiki is here for the people in what started out as the Occupy Wall Street movement to use for whatever uses they have, or can find, for it.

A few days ago I tossed a little An Occupy Wallstreet Wiki up just to offer some space and bandwidth to the cause and provide one more node to be available if anybody needed it. 1wiki1user No log-ins/passwords, true wiki openness in support of every demonstrator, #OCCUPYWALLSTREET, and AnonOps. It is powered by LionWiki and uses flat files instead of a database. It is light, fast, and relatively uncomplicated. It's just what e-guerrillas need for rapid deployment, a big community board anyone can pin a note on anywhere with equal access all around.

But it ain't heavy documentary artillery, either. That is why this MediaWiki is here. Just in case anybody wants to take notes. (Hopefully, LOTS of them).
